FAQ

What services do you offer

We provide education‑rights support that gives families a clear, accurate understanding of what schools are required to do and how to address concerns. Our work focuses on identifying procedural issues, reviewing records, analyzing school actions, and preparing the communications you need to move the situation forward. We explain what should be happening, what is missing, and what steps are available so you can make informed decisions without confusion or delay.

How do I get started

Getting started is straightforward. You complete the initial intake, provide any relevant documents, and select the package that fits your needs. We then review your information and outline next steps to protect your student’s and family’s rights.

What makes you different

We focus exclusively on procedural clarity and rights‑based support. Our work is administrative, neutral, and grounded in school requirements—not emotion, advocacy language, or legal interpretation. We help you understand what the school must do and how to address concerns effectively.

How can I contact you

You can reach us through the contact form on our site. After submitting your information, we will follow up with next steps and any additional details needed to begin your review.

What is your pricing model

Our pricing model is simple and transparent. Each service package is based on a $145/hour rate and delivered as a flat fee so you know the full cost in advance. After the initial intake, you receive a no‑obligation quote outlining the service tier, the estimated hours included, and any projected additional costs if the scope exceeds the standard package. This structure ensures clarity before you proceed. Most clients find that our total cost is approximately one‑third of what a legal team or attorney would charge for comparable background work.

What documents should I provide

We recommend providing any records related to your concern, including IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, discipline notices, attendance letters, emails, and other school communications. These documents help us identify procedural issues and protect your student’s rights. Your information remains 100% confidential.

How long does the review process take

Timelines vary based on the volume of documents and the complexity of the case. Most standard reviews are completed within the estimated hours listed for each package.

Do you communicate directly with the school

We do not communicate directly with the school as part of standard services. We prepare written statements, documents, summaries, and requests for you to submit, which places the school district “on the clock” — or on formal notice — and establishes clear deadlines and legal obligations the district must meet. This structure protects your and your student’s rights while keeping you in control of the process. Direct communication with the school may be recommended and added through our consulting services if needed.

Can you attend meetings with me

Meeting attendance is not included in standard packages. If needed, it may be available as an add‑on through our consulting services. All meeting support is provided virtually, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and protection of your rights throughout the process. If you have a deadline or required timeline, please include that in your initial communication with us.

What if I need help in more than one area

Our pricing model is straightforward. Your quote is based on a $145/hour rate and the number of hours your situation is expected to initially require. We use that estimate to provide a single flat‑fee amount before any work begins. When you receive your service plan and completed documents, you will also receive a list of any available additional steps and their associated costs. You may choose to continue or stop services depending on whether your issue has already been resolved. Most clients find that this structure is about one‑third of the cost of comparable legal representation.

What Can I Expect From Your Process

Our process is structured, clear, and documentation‑driven. We review your materials, identify procedural issues, prepare written communication, and outline your options. You remain in control of all communication with the school unless you choose to add consulting services for direct communication support.

What is your role in protecting student and family rights

We help you understand your rights, identify procedural violations, organize documentation, and prepare clear written communication. Our work gives you the structure and clarity needed to take control of the situation and drive the outcome forward. We focus on actionable steps, documented evidence, and rights‑based strategy so you can advocate effectively and ensure the school meets its obligations.
